PRIVACY POLICY OF PURPLE REAL ESTATE INCOME PLC

INTRODUCTION


This Website (herein defined) informs Users of the Company’s policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of data received from Users of the Website. By using the Website, Users agree to the collection and use of their Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards User Data when visiting the website including any other media form, media channel, or mobile application related or connected thereto (the “Platforms”). “Website” means the virtual electronic investment platform, with the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) purple.xyz, created and owned by the Company for the sale, purchase and on the Website.

“User(s)” means any person accessing the Website.

“Agency” means the National Information Technology and Development Agency.

“Terms of Use” means the Terms of Use displayed on the Website which govern the User’s access to and use of the Website.


2. DATA COLLECTION

The collectable information which the Company may obtain from Users of this Website includes;

a) Personal Data, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number;

b) Derivative Data, which includes Information automatically collected by the Website server when a User accesses the Website, such as Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages visited directly before and after accessing the Website, activities carried out on the Website, product decisions, etc;

c) Financial Data, such as data related to User’s payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date etc.) that the Company may collect when a User purchases, orders, returns, or exchanges a product or service on the Website. The Company stores only very limited, if any, financial information that is collected. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by the Company’s third-party payment processors and Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policies of the third-party payment processors from time to time.

a) By accessing and continuing to browse or otherwise utilize the Website, you hereby agreed to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

d) In all cases where your Data is to be transferred to a foreign country, apart from the provision in 5 (c) (v), the Company shall inform you if there are any risks that your rights may be violated in the event of transfer to the foreign country.
